Cardio Exercise Can Be Fun!

Many people are on the road to lose weight, get healthy, get fit and to look hot in a bikini. It’s what most people want – except guys don’t want the bikini part, of course! haha! But just to look good is a big desire for many. There are two things that are important when you want to lose weight and that is Diet and Exercise. Today I am going to focus on exercise. Cardio exercise is good for getting that heart rate up and burning calories and fat. Strength training is good for building muscle strength and can be great for losing weight as well. Circuit training can be one of the best ways to get both your cardio exercise and strength training in without needing any equipment and the ability to do it in your home! Amazing right?!

Last week I posted a simple circuit for you here and today I am posting a more cardio intense one. It is more intense because it makes you follow a timeline. You should do each exercise as well as you can for 60 seconds. Between each exercise you can take a 30 second break. Then continue onto the next exercise until you are done. This will be 1 circuit. You should do 2-3 of these circuits. If you do it 3 times it will be a 21 minute workout and I recommend you get at least 20 minutes of exercise a day so this puts you there and even an extra minute! That’s great!
I suggest you use an interval timer like this one:

This circuit is something that I do often. It gets your heart going, it makes you sweat, it goes by super fast and when you’re done you feel extra accomplished! It’s an awesome feeling. If you do not have a jumprope, its okay, just jump up and down in place pretending as if you did have a jumprope. You can alternate legs even or you can jump front and back or side to side too, so it doesn’t get boring. Have fun with it. Here is a simple video on Squats. Here is on on Lunges. And here is one on Mountain Climbers. Best of luck and let me know how you much you like this workout and if you’d like more with different exercises.
