Happy New Year! What is Your New Years Resolution?

It’s that time again. A brand new year and the perfect time to state your resolutions! I have a hard time making resolutions and I am sure I am not alone. Committing to something is hard. But look at it as a goal, and a beneficial one at that. Find something you want to do for yourself this year that will benefit you or your family in some way and state that as your resolution. Why not do something good for yourself or someone else? It can be rewarding either way.

One of the top resolutions of all time is to lose weight or get into shape. The holidays are full of cookies, pies, and many other treats that are so very tempting and I know I sure over ate. So, losing this overindulgence weight is for sure my resolution. And plus just cleaning my body of all the bad foods I ate sounds good to me! Diet and exercise are my top priorities of the year. We have many diet apps on the market to help you our with the diet part if that is your goal too. Our apps hold your hand during the whole diet process helping you track your food & your weight and see your progress as you lose weight! We are here to help you reach your weight loss goals.

For long term healthy diets check our 17 Day Diet app for iPhone or 17 Day Diet app for Android. Or we have the Flat Belly Diet app for iPhone or Flat Belly Diet app for Android. Both of these diets are well rounded and healthy. They are meant to help you get on the track to healthy eating for life and not for just a quick fix.

For quick weight loss diets (these are meant for people who just want to lose a few pounds after a little bit of indulgence this holiday season. If you need to lose more than 20 pounds I suggest you go with a longer term diet above.) We have the 3 Day Diet on iPhone and the 3 Day Diet for Android (which can actually be repeated a few times until you reach your goals. Be sure to wait 4 days between repeats.)

Other quick weight loss apps we have are:

The Cabbage Soup, Sacred Heart and Grapefruit diet are considered short term diets – which means you shouldn’t use them as a long term plan. They are helpful for losing a few pounds. They can also be a helpful quick start to help you lose initial pounds and motivate you to eat healthier and lose weight the healthy way. They range from 7-12 days. You can always repeat these diets until you reach your weight loss goals, but be sure to wait a few days between repeating and eat a well balanced diet during this time.

Or you could follow our food guide based off of eating right for your blood type:

This is more of a guide to follow based off of your blood type. You eat the right foods for your type and you will notice a world of a difference in your health and lose weight at the same time!

Whichever you choose I wish you great luck in all you do. I know how hard it can be to diet and exercise and be motivated to do it. I hope I can be help throughout the year and a guidance you will come to for help in reaching your goals!
