Who needs motivation?

One of the biggest issues we face when we are trying to lose weight is lack of motivation. It’s so easy to say to yourself, “Oh, I’ll get to it tomorrow.” or, “I just don’t have time today.” I am here to tell you that it is so important to just give yourself at least 20 minutes of time today to get a little exercise in. And also make sure that what your are fueling your body with is filled with healthy ingredients. Think about how much better you will feel afterwards. Accomplished. Happy. Energetic. On top of the world. AND full of motivation to get out there and do it again the next day. Just the action of starting an exercise and healthy eating plan means you are halfway there to living a healthy and fit lifestyle. Turning these into habits will change your life for the best. I highly recommend getting out there and doing it today! Do it for yourself. Do it for your health.

To help you out a little, I have created a simple exercise routine that has 5 different exercises. You should repeat it 3 times, but if you can only do 1 or 2 times, that is fine for today. Don’t be hard on yourself when you are just starting to get into exercise. It takes time for your body to adjust. Do what you can and be proud of what you do.
